Our team comprises certified builders and contractors (“subbies”) with extensive experience. We collaborate with architects and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to completion.
We proudly focus on one project at a time, allowing Jason and his skilled team to be personally involved on-site, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
20+ years behind the tools. Certified Builders Member for over 12 years. Licensed Building Practitioner. Certificate in Carpentry.
All round worker. Likes most jobs including the hard stuff. Lives in The Wood with his wife Bonnie and their 2 kids, Willa and Finn
Jason Callister
Apprentice extraordinaire. 3+ years behind the tools. Currently completing his apprenticeship in Carpentry. Likes everything and just wants to work. Lives in Stoke with his wife Emma, daughter India and number 2 on the way
Tom Strawbridge
45+ years behind the tools. Certificate in Carpentry. There’s not much Mark can’t do with a Joinery background. Likes the fiddly stuff. Keeps trying to retire. Lives on Walter Bluff with his wife Julie.
Mark Beal
Marketer, stategist, organiser, general all-rounder. Wife to Jason, Bonnie works on the business strategy, marketing, administration and sense checking. What she doesn’t do is take morning tea to the boys - sorry guys!
Bonnie Slade
13 years of sleeping, eating and sometimes cuddling. Not very good with a hammer. Able to sniff out a cardboard box from a mile off. Generally dislikes people he doesn’t know. Will drool if he likes you.
